On the session held on 26th June 2009 the Supervisory Board of Magma d.d. brought a decision on the new structure of the Board.

The Board of Magma d.d. which consists of Mr Goranko Fižulić – the Chairman of the Board, Mrs Renata Ciglar – deputy chairman of the Board in charge of relation with financial institutions and PhD Višnja Lovrek – member of the Board in charge of the IT department, logistics and property management, will get a new member of the Board on 1st October 2009 – Mr Domagoj Vuković who will also function as the head of the Finance department.

Mr Vuković graduated on the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb in 2001 and has been employed in KPMG Croatia d.o.o. since then. In the last several years he has been the manager in the audit department where he has gained valuable work experience as the team leader for audit in Croatia, mostly in trade sector. He is the member and the certified auditor of the Croatian Audit Chamber and the member of “The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants” and the certified accountant of Great Britain.
