Magma Club Card terms and conditions

1. Membership in Magma Club is free.

2. The benefit of Magma Club Card entails the right of the cardholder to refunds in the amount of points earned.

3. Magma Club Card holder can be anyone over 12 years of age. Simply fill out the details in the application form and ask for your card in any Magma store. Magma Club Card is not transferable and can be used solely by the person whose signature is on the back of the card. Magma Club Card cannot be used as payment.

4. Magma Club Card is issued by the Magma Group. The Card becomes active when the Card holder receives it and can be used straight away with your first purchase.

5. Shop and collect points in all Magma stores in the following countries: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia.

6. When paying cash for your purchase, you earn one point for the following amounts

7. When paying by debit or credit card (Cirrus Maestro, AMEX, Diners, Visa, EC/MC and others), or cheques, you earn one point for the following amounts:

8. To earn points, your purchase must amount to at least:

Country - currency - minimal amount for earning points
Croatia - kn - 100.00

Serbia - din - 1,250.00
Slovenia - Sit - 3,500.00
EUR - 14.61

9. You must present the Magma Club Card at the cashier's desk when paying for the purchase to collect new points (Articles 5,6,7 and 8) or redeem collected points. You will not be able to obtain or redeem points after the end of the transaction.

10. You may redeem your points after you have obtained minimum of 40 points, 48 hours after the day of the purchase. You may redeem some or all of your points for refund in a single or several purchases. For each 100 collected, unredeemed points, Magma Club adds 20 additional reward points to your balance.

11. Each earned point can be used to obtain a refund with your next purchase as follows:

12. Magma Club Cards are valid in all Magma stores in the region. Check the list of the stores at retail section of this site.

13. The points must be redeemed within six months from the date on which they were collected. After this period the points expire and are annulled.

14. Each Magma Club member has at disposal additional benefits as stated in store, subject to availability.

15. Magma Group guarantees that the personal details of the Magma Club Card holders will be used only for internal marketing purposes (assessment of shopping frequency, amounts and types of products bought).

16. In case of card loss or theft, notify us on 003851 3656 888, at customerservice@magma.hr or report it in the nearest Magma store. The replacement card will be issued with the collected points transferred. The holder is obliged to notify us of any changes in personal details in writing.

17. Magma Group reserve the right to review and alter the Magma Club terms and conditions without prior notice, and to suspend and terminate your Magma Club membership at their discretion, with a notification of any changes in writing.

18. By signing the application form, the Club Card holder unconditionally accepts these terms and conditions.
