In order to ensure the smooth operation of all organizational processes, the Human Resources department do their utmost to make sure there is a wide variety of skills and disciplines among the company employees.

Employees
Magma's strategy centers on its employees because we strongly believe that people are our most valuable asset.
With developing business and Magma's expansion on the market, the number of employees has constantly grown and in 2006 we have reached 1180 employees. We are proud of the fact that as many as 78 % are women, while the average age is 30.

Training and growth
Improving competence on both individual and organizational levels, as well as professional advancement of employees is fundamental to achieving the company's strategic goals. We encourage acquisition of new knowledge and skills because people who had an opportunity to learn are ready to assume even more complex duties and responsibilities, thus giving the company the competitive edge.
