Magma d.d.

Magma d.d. of Zagreb was founded in 1989 as a private company of the Fižulić family, growing from their two manufactures. Responding to international trends and market demands, they developed both the distribution and retail of goods. Today Magma is a wholesaler for a number of top world brands such as Haribo, Kellogg’s, Bahlsen, Hasbro, Tomy, Giant, Scott, and many others. Good timing and excellent business instincts were crucial for the further growth of the company; Turbo limač, Turbo sport and Magma fashion have become favorite destinations for discerning customers.
Today Magma has over 90 stores and 1180 employees in Croatia.
In 1997 Magma d.o.o. was given a capital increase by the East European Food Fund SICAF of Luxembourg and became a stock corporation with shared foreign ownership.
Croatia's leading distribution and retail company, Magma has also successfully launched their own lines of clothes, shoes and fashion accessories.

Magma Distribution

Changes in regional markets prompted a completely new approach to distribution and, consequently, Magma Distribution was founded in Zagreb. Its chief tasks are marketing and improvement of quality management of products in distribution. A team of highly motivated and trained people work daily on building relationships with key buyers, focusing on fostering the development of distribution in the region as well as on export in other countries. Acquiring contracts for licensed programs and sales of product series that boost new trends, Magma Distribution received a powerful impetus. To its partners, Magma Distribution offers marketing and promotion of their products, constant support, a flexible approach and a maximum visibility for their investment, while all the benefits of Magma and its own retail chain are at their disposal.

Magma B d.o.o.

Magma B began operation in September of 2002 with its headquarters in Sarajevo. Today the company has employees working in stores in three major cities - Sarajevo, Mostar and Tuzla. Total revenue has grown annually, and so have the stores - in both size and in number. In addition to retail, Magma B organizes distribution of licensed merchandise. Further expansion of Magma in Bosnia and Herzegovina depends on the growth of the local market and buying power of the population.

Magma International d.o.o.

Magma International d.o.o. with the headquarters in Belgrade began working in November of 2002. Now it has employees in stores in four cities - Belgrade, Novi Sad, Čačak and Subotica. Company operational revenue, chiefly in retail, shows a positive trend and further growth depends on the opening of the local market and political stability in the region.

Magma S d.o.o.

Magma S was founded in June 2003 in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Opening its first store in Ajdovščina, Magma ventured into the EU market, launching its own brands and licensed merchandise on the Slovenian market through both their own and licensed stores. Today there are four Turbo limač stores in Slovenia and very ambitious plans for expansion.

Magma International Hong Kong

Magma International Ltd. was founded in March 2003 with its headquarters in Hong Kong for purposes of direct and independent purchase, required by the specific needs in the production of our own brands and the need to control the quality of goods. The purchase of goods through Magma International Ltd. is growing significantly.

Magma H Kft


Magma H was founded in 2007 with a headquarters in Budapest, Hungary and it represents the first step in expanding Magma's stores into the Hungarian market and continued expansion in the European Union. At the moment Magma has 2 Turbo limač stores (one in the elite centre Duna Plaza and another in the newly opened  shopping centre Savoya), and one multibrand store (Turbo limač, Turbo sport, Urban Republic) in the fashionable shopping centre MC Ferihegy in Budapest. Today Magma H employs 39 workers.
